With the deluge of media attention focused on Zimbabwe, we thought it was important to give you some insight as to what is happening on the ground, in Victoria Falls.

As has been the case for the past 10 years, the Zimbabwean Tourism Industry has certainly been faced with many and varied a challenge. Now is no different with the current press painting an extremely negative picture as to what is happening in the country.

Over the past month it has been "business as usual" in the Falls. The number of guests passing through has exceeded that of the previous year. The experiences offered to the guest continues to exceed expectations, and the reality is that none of the guests would ever have realized that they were in one of the perceived "hot-spots" of the world.
