Dear Ken,
My wife and I would like to extend our whole-hearted thanks for your enthusiastic work in arranging our trip to Africa on short notice and, most importantly, your genuine concern and hard work in helping us get back to the States on even shorter notice when you learned that her father had suffered a serious heart attack. From our first conversation with you it was clear that we had found the African Tour Operator who helped us translate our concepts and dreams into reality while keeping an eye on our pocket books.
Your "can do" attitude and attention to detail was mirrored at each of the lodges we visited by everyone from the senior management through the always friendly staff. We were most impressed by our Botswana guides whose understanding of local flora and fauna was exceeded only by their sensitivity to our needs. Whether it was late night star gazing from the air strip, a quiet nature walk amid the bountiful local bird life, an impromptu visit to a local settlement, or a cross country drive to the scene of a very fresh lion kill, our hosts assured that our field activities lived up to the same high standards as our meals and accommodations.
The quality and consideration we experienced throughout our trip was most evident when we had to head home from the heart of the Okavango Delta half way through our planned itinerary.
Thanks to your hard work and the extraordinary efforts on the part of your African On-Site Representatives, we made the first available flight home and even managed a quick visit to Victoria Falls. My wifes family is most grateful for your efforts, and her Father is now home and, hopefully, on the road to recovery.
Thanks again, Ken. We look forward to our next African experience with you again as our guide and friend.
Warm regards,
Gary
