2AFRIKA NEWS - AWAY WITH AIRLINE FUEL SURCHARGES AND MANDATORY TAXES

TUESDAY, MAY 04, 2010
NEW YORK, NY
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

2AFRIKA, INC. announced today that the company would no longer feature Airline Fuel Surcharges and Mandatory Taxes as part of it's portfolio.

Airline Fuel Surcharges and Mandatory Taxes are out of control,  inapropriate and are always frowned upon as 'hidden costs' a company spokesperson said. Now, when we quote a price for an airline ticket, we will factor in all of the charges and provide the (already confused) passenger with the 'bottom-line' said the spokesperson.

The way we see it is that the airlines have caused such havoc and chaos with a charge for this and a charge for that, that the traveling public has become so confused (as have we) that it is becomig far too labor intensive to deal with the airlines any longer. Luring a passenger with a $695.00 round trip fare to South Africa and then slapping on Airline Fuel Surcharges and Mandatory Taxes for an additional $700.00 per person is not the way we do business - it is improper!

Starting tomorrow, if you happen to call 2AFRIKA, INC. for a quotation for an airfare, you will get the 'bottom-line' which once paid for and issued, will not change under any circumstances.
