AFRICA FOR BEGINNERS - THE ULTIMATE AFRICA TRAVEL PLANNING GUIDE by Kenneth R. Hieber

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2009
NEW YORK, NY
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

2AFRIKA, INC. Founder & President, Kenneth R. Hieber added AFRICA FOR BEGINNERS – THE ULTIMATE TRAVEL PLANNING GUIDE to the companies evolving website today!

“Despite what you may think, planning a trip to Africa is very simple” is how Hieber opened the dialogue in the document he believes will assist American travelers to Africa cut through the ‘clutter’ and get up-to-date information clearly posted and to the point.

AFRICA FOR BEGINNERS – THE ULTIMATE TRAVEL PLANNING GUIDE is far from complete for Hieber plans to guide travelers from Cape Town to Cairo and the project will be very carefully prepared.

Hieber intends asking ‘retuning passengers’ to let him have excerpts from their African experiences to enhance the already handsome page. “If I have to, I will start ‘breaking-it-down’ into more manageable pages for people to digest,” said Hieber in New York City today.

When asked why he embarked upon this project, Hieber replied, “I frequently talk to passengers about particular destinations. One such destination that comes to mind is the Victoria Falls. When I hear passengers wanting to visit the Victoria Falls in the dry season, I generally ask for an email address and email them two photographs to show them what they are in for. And 9 times out of 10, there is an immediate change of plan in the itinerary.”

So Hieber decided to start scripting AFRICA FOR BEGINNERS – THE ULTIMATE TRAVEL PLANNING GUIDE to expose all potential travelers to Africa to the honest facts.

He continued by adding “There is not one guidebook or website that I am aware of that will show you the ‘down-side’ of a destination. You always only see the Victoria Falls in full flood, which naturally will lure you to the destination. Imagine the disappointment when one learns the hard way by investing in a destination, getting there and then seeing the reality of the situation. I will not permit my passengers to believe that which is not (knowingly) for I am fully committed to corporate social responsibility in tourism.”

Recently interviewed by Arthur Frommer on WOR Talk Radio, Hieber points out that in a follow up blog item posted by Arthur Frommer, mention is made of his trustworthiness, which, Frommer adds, he respects.

“It’s the only way I can be,” concluded Hieber
